With all of our imperfections, we begin and end each day at the foot of the cross. It is here where our story begins and we pray it is where it will end. "Jesus said: Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light." ~Matthew 11:28-30~

A Gift That Keeps On Blessing
This beautiful Holy Water Font was one of my unexpected Mother's Day "blessings"...
Your font is beautiful. Ours dry up fast--and get spilled a lot. We started using a holy water bottle at bedtime so now because the baby wants to drench herself in it, she screams when I put it away!
The girls had one in their room, but now don't because my 4 year old kept putting regular water in it and we didn't know if we were blessing ourselves or just taking showers!! haha!
That is a beautiful font! My second son has his own holy water in a bottle and uses it all of the time. He is constantly blessing us and saying prayers over us when we are not well and I swear that most of the time the pain or illness passes quickly! If we had an actual font, the holy water would be gone very quickly!
That is a beautiful font. Ours does dry quickly too-I keep thinking I could seal it with something. I love ours (even though it is not nearly as pretty ;)) as my oldest daughter bought it for us in Rome- and it is blessed by Blessed Pope John Paul II.
